Hours of Operation

CCI makes every effort to schedule appointments at your convenience during the following hours of operation:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday(8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.)
• Tuesday, Thursday(8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.)
• For Appointments call 315-4224 during regular business hours.
• After hours emergencies are managed by on call professional staff who can be reached at 315-2415.

We request that you give 24 hours notice if you cannot keep your scheduled appointment. Arrangements are made as to see office hour emergencies as soon as possible.
