Financial Information CCI accepts Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and we are a preferred provider with most area HMO's. Self pay rates are based on a sliding scale, determined by the family income and number of dependents. At any time before or during treatment you may call with questions about rates, billing, or coverage. |
